Welcome to FerroFoss Foundry, a leading cast iron manufacturer based in Borup, Denmark. Originally established as Holbæk Jernstøberi in 1918, we have transformed into a modern foundry, combining decades of expertise with state-of-the-art technology. In 2012, we relocated to Borup, bringing our extensive experience, tools, and models, and rebranded as FerroFoss. Our facility is equipped with the latest production technology, including a newly installed DISAMATIC system and two advanced 3D sand printers, capable of handling dimensions up to 2400 x 1800 mm. Our comprehensive machining workshop is equipped to process cast iron components up to Ø2500 mm or lengths of 3000 mm. We also utilize 3D scanning technology for precise quality control. At FerroFoss, sustainability is a core value. We use 100% recycled materials sourced locally, significantly reducing our carbon footprint. Our commitment to energy efficiency includes the use of advanced technology to minimize energy consumption, ensuring environmentally responsible production.
