FerroSilva

FerroSilva is a company that has its origins in the Department of Materials Science, at the Royal Institute of Technology - KTH in Stockholm. Business stakeholders in the project that initially developed the FerroSilva concept are special steel companies Ovako, Alleima and Uddeholm, the forestry company Sveaskog and the agricultural cooperative Lantmännen. Research performers include KTH, Chalmers M3 Management Advice AB and Kobolde & Partners AB. FerroSilva is funded by private investors, the Swedish Energy Agency and the Europan Union - NextgenerationEU.
