We are active in project development and construction matters for prominent real estate projects that have shaped our local landscape from casino gaming development to major energy facilities to waterfront development to infrastructure modernization to historic renovations. We proudly announced our new firm name -- Ferrucci Russo Dorsey -- in July of 2020 to reflect the achievements and contributions of John Dorsey. A partner since 2016, John has established an active receivership practice, most recently working collaboratively with cities, towns and land owners to develop specialized Court-supervised proceedings focused on resurrecting distressed real estate development projects.
