About FESMI The Fire and Emergency Services Management Institute (FESMI) (P) Ltd. was established in 2019 to assist Nepal and the region to enhance health, disaster, fire and emergency preparedness and response capabilities. FESMI does this by offering customized internationally recognized training tailored to meet demographic requirements of emergency responders, health workers, volunteers, municipal personnel and to the general community.
