Wellness begins when the alarm rings. FETCH is a holistic wellness blog which connects the mind, body and spirit with everyday choices. Feeling good and living a happy life does not start and end in the gym. Instead, it is embedded in each and every choice we make at home, work and within our social environment. I have spent the past seventeen years studying how individuals cope, socialize, make decisions to enhance their health and interact with their surroundings. I’m writing this blog to share with you what I have learned. As a result, I will bring to you a melting pot of information that reflects my life experiences and educational background.
