We set upon our journey in 2016 and opened two development centers in Timisoara and Bucharest. Since then, a lot of projects have been successfully implemented, among which we mention AUTOSAR, Powertrain calibration, vehicle architecture, being recognized as center of competence on several technical areas. When it comes to finding solutions to future challenges, we are the best partners.
FEV Romania is part of the FEV Group, and we enjoy a friendly and cooperation-driven environment with all the members of the group, especially the one located in Germany.
FEV Group is a leading independent international service provider of vehicle and powertrain development for hardware and software. It provides designing, building and bench-marking solutions to the latest powertrain and vehicle technologies.
The range of services for vehicle development includes the design of body and chassis, including the fine tuning of overall vehicle attributes, such as driving behavior NVH. FEV also develops innovative lighting systems and solutions for autonomous driving and connectivity. The electrification activities of powertrains cover powerful battery systems, e-machines and inverters. Additionally, FEV develops highly efficient gasoline and diesel engines, transmissions, EDUs as well as fuel cell systems and facilitates their integration into vehicles suitable for homologation.
The FEV Group is growing continuously and currently employs 6,700 highly qualified specialists in customer-oriented development centers at more than 40 locations on five continents.
