The Fewsi Foundation is a U.S. based non-profit that currently provides support to address the nutritional and healthcare needs of communities in the Tigray Region of Ethiopia as they recover from civil conflict . Together with our partners at the University of Mekelle, the Tigray Regional Health Bureau, and Project Peanut Butter, Fewsi has been able to provide support for nutrition supplementation, expand community healthcare access (physical therapy, mental health, and prosthetic/orthopedic services), and support professional healthcare provider training.
