Founded in 2014 by Chairman Hosik Kim and Jaeki Jung, Eventus Partners is a private equity firm with comprehensive expertise and experience. Mr. Kim was the 11th CEO of National Pension Service (NPS) and Minister of Oceans and Fisheries, and Mr. Jung was the Executive Director at EQ Partners, Director at Merrill Lynch and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). With over $300 million assets under management, Eventus Partners actively engages in investments in various industries including consumer goods, retail, electronic vehicles, and energy. Our team formulates the most adequate investment strategies such as, but not limited to, buyouts, minority acquisitions, and mezzanine investments to help companies improve their performance and to deliver successful results to our investors.
