Around the year 2008, I planted a cocoa tree in my backyard in The Gambia. A few years later cocoa pods appeared. In 2018 I explored the crazy idea of making chocolate from those cocoa beans. Today that has become a routine reality. fh bites is the first and only Bean to Bar Chocolate made in The Gambia.
