We teach in a practical and success-oriented manner and motivate our students to perform at their best. The Dresden University of Applied Sciences (FHD) has been a state-recognized university under private sponsorship since 2010 and is located on the campus at Straßburger Platz in the heart of Dresden. Our university comprises three faculties: Business Administration, Design and Applied Social Sciences.
We are not only open to high school graduates, but also offer various opportunities to study without a direct university entrance qualification. Our programme is also aimed at working people who would like to gain further qualifications on a part-time basis - skills and knowledge already acquired can be recognized and the duration of studies shortened.
The common goal of our study programs is to place highly qualified and responsible individuals in promising professional fields or further studies.
