FICE Canada

FICE-Canada was formed as a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization to support and connect Canadian organizations, educators and practitioners in the field of Child and Youth Care. In addition, FICE Canada supports efforts to bring a Canadian presence and voice to the global stage related to Child and Youth Care ideas and practices. Engagement with national and international partners can only benefit our shared care for the wellbeing of young people, their families, and their communities. FICE Canada is committed to living and working according to the values of truth, justice, inclusion, anti-oppression, anti-racism and social equity for all residents of Canada and the world. FICE-Canada Membership is constituted by member organizations in good standing from the following types: - Provincial and Territorial Child and Youth Care Associations. - Child and Youth Care Post Secondary Schools and Programs - Agencies that provides services to children, youth and/or families that employ child and youth care workers, and that uphold the values, principles, and objectives of FICE-Canada.
