Fico com a cria

Fico com a cria is a family support network that generates work connections with social impact. We qualify and insert women from 18 to 55 years old in the job market, who already have experience in the area of child care or are looking for their first opportunity as a nanny. We recommend our professionals to families who need their services, facilitating the search and hiring of baby care professionals. We believe that when someone hires the services of one of the professionals in our network, we help: - Decrease the number of people without work (27.6 million - IBGE data from August / 2018); - Generate income and improve the quality of life of mothers, women and their families; - Create opportunities for social growth; - Empower women financially, even supporting financial emancipation and the possibility of leaving abusive relationships - one of the biggest reasons that forces women to stay in these relationships is the financial dependence of their partners. With the support of the Telefônica Vivo Foundation and Rede Mulher Empreendedora, we were able to qualify more than 30 women who currently earn from R $ 200 to R $ 2,800 / monthly through the work intermediated by Fico with the child, and we have already helped more than 78 families to find a nanny, as facilitators of the connection.
