Founded in 2000 by Vikas Aggarwal and a team from Verio (acquired by NTT in 2000 for $6B), Fidelia Technology, Inc. was a privately held, venture-funded software company based in Princeton, New Jersey. Fidelia's flagship product, NetVigil, is a breakthrough IT infrastructure monitoring application that provides real-time visibility into the performance of the overall business. Fidelia had about 70 customers including Sony Online Entertainment, Spirit Airlines, Verizon Wireless, Cornell University and Yale University who have been using the product for over 4 years. At the 2003 New Jersey Technology Council Venture Capital Fair, Fidelia was awarded the top prize as the company most capable of fulfilling extraordinary potential in a promising marketplace.
