FIDEOS was founded in early 2006 as an independent company providing corporate trust and domiciliation services and is today positioned as one of the leading providers of Corporate Trust services in Luxembourg, serving a broad base of multinational institutional and private clients. Our core focus is restricted to the administration of entities in the Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Securitisation domain. In March 2008, FIDEOS Financial Services S.A. (“FFS”) was incorporated and licensed as a Professional of the Financial Sector under the supervision of the CSSF. Under its license, FFS may offer “Central Administration” services to Luxembourg regulated entities, including SICAR and SIF fund structures. In addition to the core Central Administration services of fund accounting, corporate secretarial services and transfer agency, FFS ensures daily coordination with all other service providers in Luxembourg and abroad (investment manager and advisor, custodian bank, auditor, lawyer, local accounting agents, etc.). Rather than being a pure service provider, FIDEOS positions itself as your local business partner, ensuring efficient coordination of other service providers and depositary banks on your behalf, allowing you as manager to focus on growing assets and developing relationships with investors.
