Field Solutions SARL is a counselling company specialising in commodities trading and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) based in Geneva-Switzerland. We take proactive and solution-based stand in business counselling daring to put skin in the game and dynamic input. We dare to look at Alternative Dispute Resolution as a mean to develop business. We look at the Underlying Economic Interests (UEI) when we are retained as counsels or arbitrators or mediators since we believe that disputes in commodities trading are very sensitive to market movements. Hence, our strategic thinking derives from field and market knowledge whereas the legal / procedural knowledge remains a supporting vehicle, a mean but not an end.
