Over the course of their careers, Ines and Megan have held roles in sales and operations respectively, spanning from internships to senior management positions at internationally-renowned galleries and auction houses, including Gagosian, Pace London, Skarstedt, and Sotheby’s. Prior to founding Field, Ines and Megan each ran successful, independent businesses - Ines as a private advisor and dealer and Megan as an operations and management consultant.
