Fields Advisory Services, LLC is an independent consulting firm supporting the corporate real estate and the service provider industry whose clients are corporate users and occupiers. Services include market studies, delivery analysis, procurement consulting, and communication management to operationalize and drive successful outcomes. The firm’s founder, Karen Fields, has a unique vantage point due to her 25 years of experience working within the full spectrum of corporate real estate and service provider delivery. Prior to starting her own firm, Karen was a respected Partner in an Owner’s Representation Project Management firm. Primary responsibilities included client development, account management, operations and resource development. Karen’s skills have been finely honed by her own business experience, as well as representing her clients’ best interests during the structured procurement processes for transaction brokerage, design, construction, workplace and furniture consultants. As a result, Karen brings a focused perspective on the interests, needs and solutions corporate real estate professionals look for when selecting and hiring their service provider consultants.
