Milton Keynes' Largest independent Gym A huge range of equipment to suit all fitness interests from Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Strongman, Weightlifting, Boxing, Cardio and General Fitness. With over Primarily Watson and Hammer strength equipment, Eleiko competitions combo rack, bar and plates, a car in the gym you can try to lift, a moving climbing wall, a huge rig with monkey bars, rings and ropes and so much more! Our members range from competitive Athletes to those just wanting to stay fit, our member range in age from 16 - 82 We also have Jiu Jitsu classes and home to Milton Keynes Arm Wrestling and well as a full timetable of classes that includes Spin, bootcamps, Strength and Conditioning circuits, Ladies lifting club and Boxercise. We have Treatment rooms for sports massage, a cafe area with hot and cold drinks and snacks and hot food, a sunbed and changing rooms with lockers and showers spread over 2 floors and 20,000 ft. We regularly run competitions such a Powerlifting and Strongman comps and put on lots of member challenges and competitions on a monthly basis. We care about our members journeys and are passionate about health and Fitness being for everyone. Owner Jess regularly does talks in schools or local business' about Health and Fitness and runs enhanced P.E lessons in the gym for 14-16 year olds to engage this age group with Fitness and show that it is for everyone.
