PAX is 100% certified organic EVOO, produced with strict standards and guidelines. It is EVOO that has been around for centuries, it nourishes our families, friends and our small mountain-top medieval town. It is the only EVOO we trust and we are proud to share it with you and your family. Eco by Nature PAX is not just about eating healthy, it is about respecting our environment. Without it, we are nothing. Our business model is strictly centered around nature. Is about ethical cultivation and business where quality and nature come first. Determined to leave no toxic traces behind, PAX continues to work toward creating a closed-loop ecosystem. We proudly manufacture our own recycled paper packaging by hand, adding organic basil seeds to the pulp. Our packaging is not waste, it will flourish into a basil plant that is the perfect partner to our tasty EVOO. Our food grade aluminum bottles have been carefully chosen over glass since aluminum requires 70% less energy and pure water resources to recycle. Our artisanal paper packaging is bound with organic raffia and homemade glue consisting of water, flour and salt...leaving no toxins behind. We then stamp our paper with organic ink make of coffee grounds and carbon. Unfortunately, the plastic tap is still a work in progress, hoping that whomever our EVOO is in the hands of, that they take time to recycle properly.
