In addition to the market leading remuneration surveys, our portfolio includes other survey solutions to monitor work satisfaction, organization culture etc. In addition to research and HR system design, we help organizations to train employees on topics related to employee value proposition Since 2007, we have been conducting labour market research and consulting our customers on related matters successfully across the Baltics. Over 15 years, we have based our research and consultancy on shared methodologies, but our brands and names have differed in different countries. As the Baltic countries have shifted closer, becoming more integrated societies both culturally and economically, our salary research and consultancy businesses have also re-joined under a shared name.
