FILAPACK is a line of packaging machinery for the 3D filament industry developed by Windak Group in 2020. Windak Group was founded in Sweden in 1994 and is one of the world’s leading suppliers of fully automatic packaging machinery for the cable industry with over 375 lines installed across 40 countries. FilaPack machines are designed for the filament spool changes directly in line with the extruder or off-line with a Pay-off. That type of packaging line configuration removes the costly rewind operation offline, and one operator can now cover many more extrusion lines than with a manual operation. This leads to higher output per production hours, higher line speed, and lowered operational costs. FilaPack series of spoolers ensuring the perfect outlook of the filament spool, giving your end customers a high-quality package that smoothly unwinds the filament material.
