ShiftMatch (formerly FillShift) is a web based platform that uses your existing workforce pool to match the right worker with the right skills to the right shift. ShiftMatch was developed in Australia (originally branded as Cascom) for use in scheduling nurses. Since its start in 2003 at one hospital, ShiftMatch has now filled over 5 million shifts and is being utilized in over 150 hospitals and 9,000 workplaces.
