Film Square

Founded in 2016 by renowned producer Ahmed Badawi, Film Square quickly established itself as a powerhouse in the Egyptian and Arab film industry. After a string of box office hits, the company made its mark in 2019 with major releases like Welad Rizk II, Kira We El Gin, and Bahebek. In 2023, Film Square delivered an impressive lineup, producing nine films in a single year, including blockbusters like El Bo' Bo', Beit El Ruby, Wesh F Wesh, and Tag. Their 2024 release, Gawaza Toxic, also became a box-office hit across the region. Looking ahead, Film Square continues to push boundaries with exciting projects in the pipeline, including Dai, directed by Karim El-Shenawy and Elset, directed by Marwan Hamed.
