We believe in the uniqueness of the projects we choose to develop, accompanying our writers from their very first idea to the red carpet. We support them in their aesthetic, thematic, and emotional journeys, while placing great importance on the financial and production feasibility of each project. We are deeply committed to the visibility and diversity of all artistic and political voices, as we consider them essential to the cultural and social fabric of society. Our projects are designed to contribute meaningfully to societal and political discourse, and we firmly believe in fostering dialogue between even the most contrasting perspectives. And we aim to do all this through the power of cinema! Our debut feature film, Oray by Mehmet Akif Büyükatalay, won the Best First Feature Award at the Berlinale in 2019, along with numerous other international accolades. It saw theatrical releases in Germany, France, and Turkey. In 2022, our first documentary, Love, Deutschmarks and Death by Cem Kaya, premiered at the Berlinale, where it won the Panorama Audience Award. The film was nominated for the German Film Award in 2023, followed by a Grimme Award in 2024. Our short films have also enjoyed success. Berzah by Deren Ercenk was nominated for the German Short Film Award in 2020, while Immaculata by Kim Lêa Sakkal was invited to the Directors’ Fortnight at Cannes.
