For more than sixty years FILONI S.r.l. constructs models, moulds and prototypes using every kind of material and different technologies. Working together with prestigious companies and designer we have developed important projects and collected a remarkable bag of experiences. Our main works are: • Sketching of 3D sketches for surfaces suitable for CAD and CAM management • Design and form layouts, industrial design, industrialization, technical assistance to the production phase. • Reverse engineering • Models for different uses (GRP, foundry), mock-ups and prototypes, moulds for GRP, for thermoforming, for expanding foam (skinned and unskinned), moulds/masks for trimming and calibrated forms. • Production of small and medium series of components for machines, vehicles and different objects. • Workings on 3D equipment • Production of resins and thermoplastic parts • Assembly of mechanical, electrical and body parts Since 2001, we have built and marketed some branded product lines for the Italian and international market.
