Here at Filtr, we understand the frustrations associated with searching for that dream job, and we've seen the struggles that companies face when recruiting for an ideal team member. This is why we're here, to do something about it. Filtr began at Venture Up a business acceleration programme run by Wellington's leading Start-Up base Creative HQ. Here we spent countless hours trialling and testing new ways to create meaningful connections between Job Seekers and Employers. So far, we've placed numerous tertiary students and graduates into some pretty cool jobs, and tried to make it easier to find employment or hire employees. We're stoked to share with you the latest iteration of the Filtr platform. The team has worked hard to develop a new Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) that helps Employers with everything from sourcing Job Seekers right through to hiring. We have simplified the process into five easy to follow steps that will speed up the recruitment process and help you make great hiring decisions! This also has massive benefits for Job Seekers as well. You will no longer have to spend time scanning job boards, job opportunities will come come directly to you!
