In November 2016, MAHLE decides to sell the Industrial Filtration business, one of the two independent companies at the Öhringen location, to the Filtration Group.
The former industrial filtration division of MAHLE, headquartered in Öhringen, Baden Württemberg, belongs to the Filtration Group, a subsidiary of the US company Madison Industries. In addition to the German branches in Öhringen and Hamburg, plants in Romania, China and Japan belong to the Filtration Group Industrial, which employs over 700 people worldwide. The company has established itself in the global market with an enormous range of high-performance and innovative products for fluid filtration, air purification, separation and automatic filtration.
