FINA Stone Panel FINA Stoneworks specializes in manufacturing natural stone into a complete, lightweight stone panel system for interior and exterior cladding. These panels weigh only 3.5 pounds per square foot, about 80% lighter than 1” thick dimensional stone slabs with greater flexural strength and higher impact resistance. Because we use authentic natural stone, you can choose from almost any stone type available. The reduced weight offers significant cost savings to the structural backup required and the equipment needed to install them. Installation speeds are dramatically increased over traditionally set stonework providing additional cost savings and faster “Time to Market” FINA Porcelain Panel New technology provides more ways of utilizing porcelain tile. Large sheets of thin porcelain tile, coined (TPT), is characterized by its minimal thickness of anywhere between 6 to 12 mm and weigh about 1.6 to 3.2 pounds per square foot depending on sheet thickness. However, these large tiles are brittle and can difficult to handle without cracking or breakage. FINA has developed a process for bonding our structural honeycomb to the TPT providing greater flexural strength and is about 60-times more impact resistant. Our engineered mechanical attachment system permits the use for interior and exterior wall cladding applications. FINA Quartz Panel The new-engineered quartz material is created through a manufacturing process that mixes about 95 percent ground natural quartz with 5 percent polymer resins. More durable and long-lasting than some granites, quartz is one of the hardest materials in the world.Perfect for interior applications; walls, columns, entryways, accent walls, lobbies and elevator cab interiors.
