Finaa Organization

Finaa a non-profit organization that empowers girls and women through football. We work to shift the mindset to the stereotypes and cultural norms that football is a male dominant game. Our approach is to transform the schools’ yards to a proper football pitch at girls' public schools in the rural areas, Providing the space and the know-how of the importance of football through teachers and girls to the on-going generation. At Finaa we encourage females to bridge cross-cultural differences and conflicts to engender positive attitudes to enhance cooperation, peace, and leadership.
