The Financial Innovation & Technology Association of Canada (formerly FinTech Association of Canada) was started in partnership with a number of stakeholders including McCarthy Tetrault LLP and the Digital Finance Institute with a mandate to develop the ecosystem for financial technology in Canada and to promote its members domestically and internationally. The Association is in the process of being set up and the membership drive is starting on February 1, 2017.
