About Federation of Indian Associations of the ACT Inc
FINACT is a federation of 31 members organisations that represent more than 20,000 people of Indian diaspora. FINACT presents a unified front for all its member associations and promotes the advancement of people of Indian origin in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and surroundings. FINACT engages constructively with federal and the ACT government on welfare, cultural, social and economic matters. FINACT promotes an awareness about Indians being responsible Australian citizens and to cultivate a feeling of mutual respect through increased social & cultural interaction, sport and recreation. As part of our community service, this is a new initiative of FINACT to connect employers and job seekers, to ease the pressure and increase productivity in this tight labour market. Come and join us in this journey!
