In 2012, when I married my husband Jomel, we had a combined debt of over $450,000.00, we both had our own debts and a negative net worth.
Using techniques that we modeled from Financially Free teachers and mentors, my husband was debt free by October of 2015 and I became debt free in April of 2016 (I am still CELEBRATING!!!).
During those 5 years, while reducing our debt, we invested and created multiple passive income streams.
On Dec 23, 2016, we had improved our Net Worth by more than $500,000.00 and I quit my banking job of 8 years!!!
On August 28th, 2017, we bought our 1st condo in Waikiki.
In July of 2018 we bought our 1st investment property, and on Thanksgiving Day of 2018 we had our first AirBnB guests check into our 2nd investment property.
We are constantly growing our passive income and wealth AND still have free time to go on date nights every week, go to our son’s school activities and be great parents!!!
