CAS-tellan® is a workflow and contract management cloud based system, delivering solutions for the asset finance and equipment rental sectors. User appeal is derived from its modular architecture enabling them to benefit from individual components or the complete system. CAS-tellan® helps users to manage the full life cycle of a customer’s agreement from initial enquiry, through in-life management and ultimately, to the end of the contract. Simple and intuitive, Lightning is CAS-tellan's® module that enables users to quickly load new customers’ outline details anywhere and anytime they have access to the internet. Users can access Lightning from their PCs, tablets and mobile devices which makes it an ideal solution for those businesses that deploy sales forces that have face-to-face customer interactions. The Proposals module of CAS-tellan® is a workflow management tool. Once the relevant customer details are input, the Proposals module’s underwriting element gives users the ability to set its own rules for approvals and declines whilst maintaining the integrity of pre-existing credit policies, processes and procedures pertinent to each user’s own criteria. The Proposals module feeds through the salient details to the Contract Management module. The Contract Management module then handles all in-life process from billing, collecting and arrears management through to working with the user’s own chosen accounting system for financial reporting and cash reconciliation.
