Five years after the implementation of the “EcoMatin Personality of the Year” concept, the success of the event prompted a facelift from the organizers. The community of participants, for its part, expressed the wish to have an annual framework of meetings and exchanges conducive to reflection on the major challenges of economic and financial circles, the future of tools and mechanisms dedicated to business financing and the destiny of finance in the Cemac sub-region. Hence the name “FINANCE WEEK”. More than a concept, the event, having undergone its transformation, recognizes this year, in addition to the elite of finance and business, through the EcoMatin 2022 Personality Trophy, but also the cream of the Cameroonian banking sector including the ranking comes from the EcoMatin ranking of Cameroonian banks in 2022.
The celebration around banking and economic performance will be enhanced by a cycle of conferences whose major reflection will focus on the theme: “Financial market and savings: how to effectively drain long-term resources and projection of the economic and financial challenges and issues of tomorrow .”
Finance Week therefore positions itself as a space for structuring major economic and financial debates in the sub-region; reflection, meetings, exchanges in Cemac; a foresight platform where decision-makers, banking and financial institutions, economic operators and stock market players, combine ideas on the major economic and financial issues of Cemac.
