In June 2003 Nicholas established a financial coaching and training company free from the biases of product commissions and sales targets. His background includes 10 years banking (lending and debt recovery), 3 years in insurance sales and over 10 years independent financial advisory services. He received his professional training from the following programs:

The Certificate for Financial Advisors (CertFa)
Initially counseling and advising for free, he realized the extensive knowledge gap in the financial education of the public and has committed his life to raising the level of financial literacy in the country. This focus lead him to work directly with The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago in developing financial training materials and conducted many seminars and workshops throughout the nation.
Some of his corporate clients include: TSTT, Digicel, Trinidad Cement Limited, Powergen and FedEx. His financial coaching clientele includes individuals at every organizational level and he is also known as one of the leading financial advisors for VSEP employees in the country.
