Lynne has spent most of her working life around small business. With 20 years’ experience in a chartered accounting firm, she realised her real passion was not just about the numbers but really making a difference to the lives of small business owners. In 2002 she followed her dream to provide services to the smaller Mum and Dad style businesses, the ones struggling to understand what their numbers really mean but feel silly contacting their accountant for the day to day problems. To provide a more structured approach to guide small business owners she developed the five pillar system. This system helps them grow a manageable and sustainable business so when it is time to retire or sell, they have an asset that can be on-sold. On her own journey after breast cancer, she discovered how yoga and meditation not only stills the mind and builds resilience, but they actually helped her find clarity around her vision and purpose and this has had a significant positive impact on her business. She now shares these skills and techniques to help other business owners who are feeling stressed and in overwhelm.
