The Group ceased its activity in 2021. Financial Technologies was a Swiss strategy consulting & intelligence group improving decision making for shareholders and executives in ECT (Extraordinary Corporate Transactions), encompassing M&A and Capital Market. Our core business was supporting company boards and management decisions by creating tailored solutions in challenging business issues and by crafting extraordinary opportunities, to either maximize Enterprise Value or drive business development in high growing markets. Whether it was deal incubation, strategy execution or asset valuation, we partner with small and medium sized companies to provide a competitive edge enhanced by our structured presence in Switzerland, the heart of Europe, and in China and boosted by strong relations with Swiss, European and Asian investors, with lasting business impact. We where the first advisory firm operating in Switzerland and China that was certified SQS and ISO on the latest standards, qualified to act as an external authorized service provider for the Swiss Private Banking industry. Together with the Chinese Government Holding Jiangsu Scitury Allied Investment & Development Co., we co-founded the first Sino-Swiss platform called SSIIEC to exchange on financial and industrial information to facilitate cross-border ECTs among Switzerland, Europe and China. The Group where one and integrated firm with an international presence thanks to our offices in Switzerland (Lugano & Geneva) and China (Shanghai).
