At Fincas Olivares we have been solving the problems of owners and tenants for 98 years. We are the third generation to head the family company, which was established in 1920 and from which we are still helping to make Barcelona great.
We are experts in estate management and are specialised in legal, tax, accounting and technical matters. We currently manage over 200 residents’ associations in Barcelona on a constantly effective and transparent basis, which is how we like to work.
We take care of owners and tenants. We constantly ensure that both have everything they require. Each of our associations is exclusively assigned a reliable and efficient Fincas Olivares administrator. They also have use of an app for resolving incidences, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, which makes life a lot easier. We likewise work with many foreign owners to whom we offer a complete service and the peace of mind of knowing that their investment is being well managed and is risk free.
