ARCHITECTURAL HEALTCARE SPECIALTY SERVICES Design Advisory Services · Consult with owners to advise on healthcare strategic and master planning options and possibilities in conjunction with or prior to engaging full service design firms. · Facility assessments, including healthcare guidelines and fire safety requirements. · Review of construction progress or assist in review and resolution of construction or design issues. · Review of project documents relative to healthcare design. · Feasibility studies Programing and Planning Consultation · Provide programming assistance to establish project needs, scope, room type and size requirements along with potential expansion or relocation options, in conjunction with or prior to engaging full service design firms. · Analysis of the existing facility relative to the project type and size. Healthcare Design Mentoring · Educate, advise and assist owners throughout the design process to better understand the various phases and set appropriate expectations. · Work with Architects and Engineers with a passion for healthcare design to educate them on healthcare design, including regulations, guidelines and codes.
