Find Your Spark is an award-winning ADHD coaching service founded by late-diagnosed ADHD Coaching Psychologist, Michelle Shavdia. We specialise in supporting adults, young people, and parents to better understand, accept, and manage ADHD through a unique blend of coaching psychology, awareness, and lived experience.
Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, are awaiting assessment, or have been navigating ADHD for years, our work empowers you to move from overwhelm to clarity and confidence. Our 1:1 coaching, group workshops, ADHD awareness sessions, and family-focused support are designed to help you embrace your neurodivergence, develop tools that work for you, and create meaningful, lasting change.
We also deliver ADHD awareness training to schools, organisations, and community groups to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and promote inclusivity.
All services are rooted in our values: trust, kindness, respect, and compassion. Many of our clients say it’s the first time they’ve felt truly seen, heard, and understood.
We are proud to accept Access to Work funding for eligible adult clients and to offer both in-person and online coaching across the UK and internationally.
Michelle is also supported by Marley, a golden retriever and registered Essex Therapy Dog, who joins in-person sessions for clients who benefit from animal-assisted support.
