We do this by ensuring we always do the right thing, consulting not sales, and being transparent with everyone. Findem has been created based on a strong set of core values and beliefs which are the foundation upon which we build our business. We aim to make recruitment a more honest, open and transparent process and ensure people secure the right position for them alongside getting businesses, the talent that they need. Recruitment, as in all industries has it’s flaws. A lot of these are driven by inefficiencies and old fashioned working practices. Findem is determined to change this, we have embraced technology to free up our time to focus on what we do best, we have moved away from the more traditional recruitment model and moved towards one of greater cohesion with our partners to ensure we are providing the best service possible.
