Finding Favor

Finding Favor began with a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel supported, connected, and empowered in the place they call home. Rooted in the world of affordable housing development, we recognized a critical need—not just for housing, but for programs that truly enrich the lives of residents. From that need, Finding Favor was born. As a nonprofit, our mission is to serve low- and moderate-income families and seniors. We partner with affordable and workforce housing communities to deliver compassionate, community-centered resident services that meet people where they are. Our outreach efforts focus on seniors aged 55 and older, helping to reduce isolation and promote engagement through thoughtful activity programs and social connections. We collaborate with developers and property managers to shape welcoming, inclusive community spaces—often starting before a project even breaks ground.
