Based in Zurich and with global outreach, our solutions are multilingual. Amongst our topics are resilience, burnout prevention, self-care, psychological safety and how to handle difficult conversations. Alessandra Patti, our founder, is an experienced professional who has worked in corporate communication for 12 years and has further educated herself in health science, psychology and coaching.
