Fine-Aly has been operating since 1991 We have been a proxy for many companies as well as individuals, we achieve a very high sucsess rate in the reduction of traffic fines. Fine-Aly has the resources and infrastructure to assist in obtaining traffic offences in th greater Johannesburg (JMPD) and Ekurhuleni (EMPD), Sandton, Randburg, Midrand and Roodepoort areas on a monthly basis. We will take it upon ourselves to manage your traffic offence portfolio from date of issue personaly. It would be our responsibility to negotiate an advantageous reduction on all of your offences. We have a look at what traffic violations that are on your business and personal names, depending on thier status of them we are then able to negtiate a advantages reduction on the offences of which normaly get reduced by 50%. There are four types of charges: 1. Infringement Notice: Normal fine that we are able to reduce. 2. Courtesy letter: We can reduce as well. 3. Enforcement Order: This is fior ifringements that have not been paid by the due date and is a warrent of arrest. (All enforcement orders to be paid in full and no reduction can be given) 4. NAG or Court case (No Admission of Guilt) - This requires a court appearance of which we can negotiate on your behalf. We charge a 10% admin fee that can be negotiable according to your portfolio.
