The Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown (FAWC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1968, dedicated to supporting emerging artists and writers in the critical, early stages of their careers though its renowned Fellowship Program.
Additionally, FAWC is committed to restoring the year-round vitality of the historic art community of Provincetown through its open enrollment Summer Workshop Program; online writing program 24PearlStreet; and an extensive series of cultural events and exhibitions that are free and open to the public.
