Finsbury Sourcing provides specialist IT and Telecommunications outsourcing project management and consultancy services with a focus on practical implementation. Our assignments normally fall into one of two categories - either fixing problems in under-performing outsource agreements or managing the termination and exit from an incumbent and the transition to a replacement supplier (or bringing services back in-house). Based on our core competence of project management combined with first-hand knowledge of service provider strategies and behaviour, our consultants have successfully managed sourcing programmes with a total contract value greater than GBP 10 Billion, including two out of the three largest IT in-source programmes undertaken globally.
