Since 1985, Fiori Bruna has been manufacturing home style artisan pasta in Miami Gardens, FL. Founded by Italian born pasta lovers who wanted to bring the italian tradition to the United States and now managed by the Yamin-Nobile Family, with over 60 years of expertise and leadership in the Pasta industry, guarantees the excellence and high quality of all products made at Fiori Bruna.
We offer a variety of Frozen and Dry pastas: Ravioli, Tortellini, Tortelloni, Fiochetti, Lasagna, Pappardelle, Fettuccine, Linguine, Capellini, among others, using the best of the ingredients that can be found in the market, from 100% Durum Wheat Semolina and whole pasteurized eggs to italian imported Pecorino-Romano and Parmesan cheeses, to serve our customers with unique flavors and home-style gourmet pastas.
