Firdaus Hospital

23 years ago, in 1995, dr. Bahtiar Husain started his general practice as a general practitioner in the Sukapura area, North Jakarta. The desire to complete the health care needs of local residents, dr. Bahtiar Husain invited his colleagues to organize a joint medical practice. April 7, 1998 Firdaus Clinic was established, with a commitment to 24 hour service. In its development, the majority of patients served by the FIRDAUS Clinic are pulmonary diseases. The lack of lung disease health service facilities around the clinic area, so dr. Bahtiar Husain took the initiative to continue his pulmonary disease specialist education at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. After completing pulmonary special education, in 2004, dr. Bahtiar Husain and his colleagues agreed to change the FIRDAUS Clinic to become “Group Specialist Practice”. Lung disease services provided are the mainstay and the only one in the North Jakarta area. Based on the commitment of "Professionalism with a dedicated spirit" and the spirit of supporting the "Healthy Indonesia" program proclaimed by the government, the "launch" of the FIRDAUS Lung Hospital was finally held on May 28 2011. In 2016, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office raised its status to become a General Hospital, followed by the determination of the hospital classification "Type C". Recognition of the consistency of service quality at Firdaus General Hospital was also confirmed by the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS) after being assessed as meeting accreditation standards, according to certificate Number: KARS-SERT/395/V/2017, dated May 4 2017.
