Priding our selves on producing high quality wood oven pizza's! Fire & Stone has a large menu offering variety of Gourmet & Traditional Wood Oven Pizzas, Mains, Pastas, Tapas & Dessert. The unique flavour of our pizza's is capture through our specialised pastry, which is pre ferment and then allowed to prove for over 24 hours and then gently cooked in our wood oven using the original techniques of making straight on our stone bench and straight in our oven. No Trays are used, this allows us to maximise the flavours of our pizza's. We pride our selves on using the highest quality and freshest products available on the market. The quality and freshness remains, as all our food is made to order. For the sweet tooth we offer some fantastic dessert pizzas and assorted gelati. New desserts are soon to come.
