We are highly experienced investors looking for those companies and special or unusual opportunities where we can make a “difference.” We are private capital not constrained by the usual covenants and restrictions of large institutional investors. We normally look for opportunities that can be grown to reach their revenue and profit potential in 3 to 5 years, but have the ability to hold each corporate investment for a much longer period of time. While we have experience in 45 industries, we are industry and geographically agnostic. We look for opportunities where: • Our capital can make a “difference” • We bring more to the table than just cash • Our contacts and relationships “turbo boost” the ability of the company or situation to grow exponentially While we are “patient” capital, we gravitate to opportunities (corporate investment and special situations) where there is an ability to receive ongoing and substantial distributions/returns/profits. Each situation is evaluated on an individual basis where initial indications of interest can be provided quickly (usually within a week of an initial package submission). We look to invest between $1,000,000 and $25,000,000 with an ability to go as high as $100,000,000 or more under the right circumstances.
